Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached
- In the original packaging with all accompanying documentation
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings (all jewelry items)
- Belts that show signs of wear
- Any item without its original packaging or tags
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please follow these steps to process your return or exchange:

- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days.
- Package your item securely in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship your return to the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund or exchange.
Refund Timeline
- Credit card payments: 5-10 business days after approval
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days after approval
Note: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you wish to exchange the item
- Specify the replacement item (must be of equal or greater value)
- Once approved, we will ship your new item after receiving the returned product
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
Damaged or Defective Items
