Cute bag, good size and comfortable to carry but the brown is just not pretty. It looks flat and kind of reddish brownish. Just not a color I like I guess.

I was looking for a crossbody bag, and I really liked this one because it had lots of space. I did return it, though, because it was just a little TOO big for what I was looking for.

Bag is OK – soft leather, bat stitching. Shopping experience was terrible. The coupon code didn’t apply and once the transaction went through, that was it. Chatted with 2 agents to try to fix this. Both just throw their hands in the air and said they couldn’t do anything.

This is a nice purse. A year and a half after I bought it, one of the levers for the short strap had broken off. I am still using it. I wish Coach warrantied their products for longer. I expected it to last better.

It’s a good purse. The leather quality is good and the size is perfect. Unfortunately, 1.5 years after purchase one of the levers on the short handle broke. I still use it, but I expected a Coach purse to last better that this.
