I am happy with my purchase. They arrived on time and I’m good condition.
As far as the actual shoe, size up a half size. I’m normally an 8 in Coach shoes, but always have to get an 8.5 in their mules, and these were no different. Other than that, they fit perfectly and are comfy. I look forward to dressing these up for work and down for casual weekend looks.

The sides came up to high on the arch and cut into my back foot. Granted I may have medium to medium wide feet but this part actually hurt so I returned them. Maybe a half size larger would have helped but not worth the effort of trying. Ordered Cole Haan and supper stoked with those shoes!

I’m a small size 7 and they just fit so I’d so they’re mostly true to size but on the smaller end of the spectrum. Beautiful shoe. Only thing I really didn’t care for is sound of the shoe when walking, the heal was too loud. I have a similar slip-on mule but is more muffled. The shape of the heal is a C-shape for Coach and that was a neat design feature. It is a lovely looking shoe and appears to be made well.
